Frequently asked questions
Do I need a special barcode scanner?
No. Any USB or Bluetooth scanner that works as a keyboard is fine – no drivers or software. On many phones and tablets you can also scan with the camera.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. ClinicStock is licensed annually with a minimum term of 12 months. You can buy 1, 2 or 3 years at a time, and extra time always continues from your current end date.
How many users are included?
The annual license includes 3 users. You can add more users at any time and plan fewer users for the next term.
Are batch numbers and expiry dates mandatory?
No. Both are optional. Products without an expiry date are simply never shown as expiring.
Is my demo data kept when I activate?
The demo uses shared sample data only. When you activate your license, your company starts with its own empty, private inventory.
What happens if I stop using ClinicStock?
Your data is kept for 30 days. If you register again with the same verified main administrator e-mail address within that time, it can be restored. After that it is deleted permanently.
Which languages are available?
English, Finnish, Swedish, German, French and Dutch – all included in the license. Each user chooses their own language.
